Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and SourceStrong AI, operator of DM run (“DM run,” “we,” or “us”). By accessing dmrun.com, creating an account, or connecting an Instagram account, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

DM run provides an AI Agent that helps you automate replies to Instagram comments, Story replies, and direct messages, capture leads, and manage conversations from a single inbox. Features, limits, and availability may change as we improve the product.

3. Accounts & eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account, including replies the AI Agent sends on your behalf.
• You must own or be authorized to manage every Instagram account you connect.

4. Instagram & Meta

DM run operates exclusively through the official Instagram Graph API and complies with the Meta Platform Terms and Instagram’s policies. Your use of DM run must also comply with Instagram’s and Meta’s terms. We are an independent product and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta or Instagram. Meta may change its APIs or policies in ways that affect the service, and we may need to adjust features accordingly.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use DM run to:

• Send spam, deceptive, harassing, or unlawful messages.
• Violate Instagram or Meta policies, or any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, scrape data, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Resell or provide the service to third parties without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or put accounts at risk.

6. AI-generated content

The AI Agent generates replies based on your configuration and conversation context. AI output can be inaccurate or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing your automations, monitoring conversations, and the content sent from your account. You can pause automations or take over any conversation at any time. We are not liable for the substance of AI-generated messages you choose to send.

7. Plans & billing

• We offer a free plan and paid subscription plans with usage limits described on our pricing page.
• Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period and fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We may change prices on a going-forward basis with reasonable notice.

8. Intellectual property

DM run, including its software, design, and brand, is owned by SourceStrong AI and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service. You retain ownership of your content and the conversations you bring to the platform, and you grant us the limited license needed to operate the service for you.

9. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee specific results, uninterrupted availability, or that the service will be error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DM run and SourceStrong AI are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using DM run and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the service and its users. On termination, your right to use the service ends and we will handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion instructions.

11. Changes & contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are material, we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
